About: English ambulances do now have CCTV systems installed. The cameras that are installed inside and on the ambulances record everything and store it. This is meant to increase the safety of the personnel and work as evidence in case anything threatening or so happens. The video can also be sent in real-time to a control room to enable protective measures to be taken.
