About: A paper which explores if there are any differences between the genders when it comes to the study “Exploring the potential of video technologies for collaboration in emergency medical care”. The result was that the 3D technology offered male paramedics more often a feeling of good self-efficacy which could lead to a better job-performance for males in the future.
